25 Posts. #2 · Apr 3, 2007. I have that lift and have not had any problems. Alot of people do not like Rocky Road and seem to have supporting evidence why. My experience with them was fine. OME springs are great. I'm not sure about the shocks that come with that kit though. Do some reading around here.

This specific 4.5 inch Grand Cherokee WJ lift kit was designed to run 30-31 inches tires. Kit includes, a front 3 piece cross member, unibody rails, rear frame brackets, rear 4 link plate, all 8 adjustable control arms with hardware, front and rear coil springs, front adjustable track bar, front sway bar disconnects, and 8 D shaped spacer plates.

For the most part, I'm pretty happy with the lift on my WJ, but it has also cost me at least an additional $2,000ish in follow-on repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades just to keep it driveable, and I could probably find another $2,000 in lift-related work on it that needs to be done now to really get things dialed in.
